Reliable with a great diversity of channels and VODs, but i think most providers have this. What really impressed me was their support. I asked for an EPG source 5 min later, replied with my source, had a problem with some channels (user error not their fault), 5 min later a reply and started a very polite and knowledgeable conversation with their support and got my issue resolved. I rarely give reviews, even more so 5star ones but I am really pleased with the product and their support team.
